We ship to: Finland and the European Union.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on destination and product availability. Typical delivery estimates:

• Finland: 7-21 business days
• EU: 7–21 business days

Some products may have longer lead times (e.g., supplier shipment or made-to-order items). If an item has a longer lead time, it will be stated on the product page or we will contact you after purchase.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available, we will email tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
